Sarah Sutherland has held her role at Dee Why RSL since March 2000 and prides herself on ensuring that the Dee Why RSL traditions of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness remain at the forefront of all village operations.
Sarah drove the creation of Oceangrove Senior’s Living village recognising the need for centrally located, resident centric, well run villages for seniors. This culminated in the village being awarded “Best Retirement Living Development” in 2013 by the Property Council of Australia. Sarah continues to be heavily involved supporting both the village and the residents with a genuine care for positive experiences and enhancing lives.
