Cathy is dedicated to assisting all residents with their needs, including resident care, apartment enquiries, and social events.
In November 2022, Cathy joined the reception team at the RSL Club, often contributing as a relief Concierge at Oceangrove. In November 2025, she progressed to the position of Concierge. She is a highly valued and dedicated team member who extends her support to all residents and their families.
